Project Manager (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a remote opportunity with some travel required.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or advanced degree
* PMP certification
* 5-10 years of professional work experience
* 2+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager
* Strongly preferred but not required
* Airline or FBO experience
* Previous experience in operations and/or corporate leadership roles
* Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Project or similar PM software
* Strong organization skills
* Intermediate to Advanced MS PowerPoint skills and the ability to create executive level presentations quickly
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
* Executive presence
* Critical and strategic thinking skills
* Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Confidence

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
