Summary: The Project Manager role focuses on driving assigned projects and programs to ensure success through effective requirement definition and operational improvements. The position requires collaboration with both onshore and offshore resources, as well as strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and sponsors. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive assigned projects and programs to ensure success by defining requirements
- Improve operations and processes using historical information and resources to achieve appropriate solutions
- Provide updates with the appropriate sponsors and stakeholders to ensure information is communicated effectively and efficiently
- With the use of dedicated and core teams determines course of action to define requirements and solutions that will solve for complex bank issues
- Work with both onshore and offshore resources for identified projects
- Resolve problems and conflicts among projects
- Implementations client facing organizations and product management
- Analytical skills required to determine cause and effect related to service delivery of complex bank solutions
- Understanding of support levels and severity as well as root cause analysis skills to determine resolution to problems when they arise
- Strong strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills including strong written and verbal communications C Level and group presentation skills.
