We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead both Software Development and IT Infrastructure projects in a fast-paced Managed Services environment. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can quickly take ownership, build strong relationships with technical teams, and drive multiple projects to successful completion.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing software development and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working with engineering, cloud, security, networking, DevOps, database, and application teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, risk management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Candidates who have managed multiple simultaneous client-facing projects.
- Kforce Alumni strongly preferred.
- Must be willing and able to convert to a full-time salaried employee after 6 months.
