Summary: The Project Manager - Regulatory is responsible for leading end-to-end project management of rebranding packaging and labeling projects, ensuring compliance and supply continuity while managing costs and timelines. This role involves collaboration with global teams to align project activities with broader goals and driving execution through milestone tracking and issue mitigation. The individual will also serve as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading overall end-to-end project management of multiple product family-level rebranding packaging and labeling projects.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and global supply continuity while managing costs and project timelines.
  • Collaborating with global, cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders for alignment and integration of project activities.
  • Driving project execution via milestone tracking and timely escalation of gaps to leadership.
  • Acting as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at varying planning/implementation stages simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Collaborating with global, cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of project activities into broader workstream goals and plans

Driving project execution via milestone tracking, mitigation of project issues to enable continued progress, and timely escalation of gaps to leadership

Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills:

Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with ability to navigate through ambiguity across functions and geographies

Ability to manage multiple complex projects at varying planning/implementation stages simultaneously

Excel and Power BI

Experience with global regulatory requirements and global SKUs in the medical device or drug industry

Black Belt/Lean Six Sigma, supply chain, or operations experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor s Degree or higher and three (3) years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadership

High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadership
