Summary: The role of Project Manager for the Patient Administration System (PAS) is a part-time position focused on leading the mobilization and delivery of an in-house PAS platform. The successful candidate will manage multiple project streams, including UX/UI upgrades and system mapping, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance user engagement and meet design standards. This position requires a dynamic individual with experience in project management within patient systems. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mobilization and delivery of the in-house PAS platform.
- Manage UX/UI upgrades, prioritization model reviews, and system mapping.
- Coordinate development activities with internal teams including Developers and Business Analysts.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and manage project schedules and resources.
- Communicate project status and key focus areas to stakeholders.
- Facilitate learning from changes and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Key Skills:
- Project Management experience within a Patient Administration System (PAS).
- Experience with patient journey mapping.
- Ability to work with Developers, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and Team Leaders.
- Experience in UX/UI related project management activities.
- Familiarity with prioritization models; Business Analyst skills are a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We seek a dynamic and objective Project Manager to lead the mobilisation and delivery of the next generation of our in-house PAS platform.The system has 4 streams which will be under review and will need project management.
First there will be a UX/UI upgrade, second a review of the prioritisation model, third will be to map out the system in terms modules, usage and analytics. Lastly, an internal restructure.You will work closely with our internal teams of Developers, Business Analysts, and Team Leaders to drive high-paced development, improve customer engagement, and deliver a modernised user interface that meets contemporary design standards and expectations, plus work on the second and third workstreams as and when.
Sought:
- Project Management experience within a Patient system (PAS)
- Patient journey experience
- Working with Developers, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and Team Leaders, you will be responsible for coordinating development activity and ensuring the platform evolves in line with organisational priorities and user needs
- UX/UI related PM activities
- Prioritisation Model type experience - Business Analyst skills nice to have here
- Mapping out the PAS CRM system to capture modules and analytics
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, resource plans, benefits, and manage accordingly with project and programme teams.
- Communicate the status of the change to stakeholders identifying key focus areas and options proposed.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience of project management.
- Able to effectively facilitate learning from change.
- Excellent communicator who is open, listens and collaborates.
This role is a part-time role with 3 days per week, working remotely.
