Summary: The Oracle HCM Program Manager is responsible for delivering high-impact Oracle transformation programs that align with global tech strategies and business objectives. This role involves collaboration across various organizational levels and oversight of third-party implementation partners. The Program Manager will also work with business resources and client teams to identify cross-functional dependencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Oracle initiatives, including Oracle HCM cloud, Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
- Coordinate internal business, technology, and external resources to achieve expected program outcomes
- Manage and lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery initiatives and be accountable for program resources, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits realization to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
- Coordinate internal, external, client or third-party resources to achieve expected outcomes
- Monitor progress, analyze project data and reports project status and disposition to managers and stakeholders on regular and timely basis
- Effectively challenge, negotiate, and influence colleagues to produce value-add solutions that drive progress, and support the Firm's culture and strategies
Key Skills:
- Experience in program management for Oracle HCM and Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
- Strong coordination skills with internal and external resources
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Ability to manage program resources, timelines, budgets, and scope
