Summary: Red Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Legal and Compliance to oversee ERP-related technology projects within an SAP environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP projects supporting Legal, Compliance, finance, Regulatory, and Corporate Functions.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define and deliver business requirements.
- Ensure ERP solutions comply with regulatory requirements Track project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage project governance, risk, compliance, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Support validation, audit readiness, and documentation activities within regulated environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of project management experience with Legal, Compliance, finance, Regulatory, and Corporate Functions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting structures.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (functional exposure)
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
- Experience working with European stakeholders and remote teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exposure to ERP/SAP transformation and system implementation projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
