Summary: The Project Manager Learning & Development is responsible for transforming strategic learning plans into actionable project plans and overseeing the execution of Learning & Development initiatives. This role involves collaboration with Senior Learning Consultants, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective outcomes and continuous improvement of learning programs. The individual will manage various aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic learning plans into actionable project plans.
- Manage end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery coordination.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as the operational point of contact between stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning events.
- Support in defining success metrics and capturing data to measure program effectiveness.
- Gather participant feedback and recommend process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within corporate L&D or HR.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and adult learning principles.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in Learning and Development.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
