Summary: The Project Manager for the Leap Transformation Project will oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary project while covering a maternity leave. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver project outcomes and managing schedules, risks, and communication across various geographies. The position is remote with occasional client site visits in central London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large transformational projects within a global matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Leap Project delivers its key business outcomes and hold team members to account
- Facilitating effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Collaborating with stakeholders across our organisation to execute deliverables, manage delivery road-maps, establish project schedules, and resolve issues
- Aligning project deliverables and tasks to vision/strategy
- Maintaining mechanisms for the definition and tracking of all program activities, including budget, risks, benefits and dependencies
- Developing excellent working relationships with all stakeholders
- Project reporting, risk and dependency management
- Providing project governance and reporting to ensure standards are followed
- Identifying and understanding internal and external dependencies to ensure deliverables are executed in a sequence that achieves successful business outcomes
- Contributing to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of delivery across our projects
- Manage multiple workstreams/teams to achieve project goals
Key Skills:
- Experience and skills in delivering large and complex transformational projects in a cross-functional, global Matrix organisation with multiple dependencies
- Complex problem-solving experience and assessing the impact of change on the critical path
- Demonstrate experience applying and coaching different project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Scaled Agile)
- Consultative and collaborative approach to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and leadership style
- Strong organisational skills, including project planning and time management
- Natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders and present technical content to a range of audiences
- Able to create, understand, and maintain a high-level road-map and align and manage project deliverables and tasks for successful delivery
- Enjoy collaborating with teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement solutions
- Experience managing risk and issues in delivery and creating proactive mitigation plans, especially in a technical environment
- Experience in managing and monitoring project budgets and forecasts

You will take ownership of the delivery of the Leap Transformation Project, covering a maternity leave, which is a complex, multi-disciplinary, strategic project for our client.
You will be working with senior stakeholders to deliver Phase V of the project to ensure outcomes and goals are achieved. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
This is an ideal role for an experienced project manager with strong skills in delivery and experience in client onboarding projects.
