Experience Preferred:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst soliciting requirements and creating various technical documentation, including but not limited to project intake, workflows, and change requests.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Visio and 2 other diagram, workflow, or mockup tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project/Project Online and 2 other project management tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups that resulted in organizational change, such as process improvements, system implementations, or structural realignments.
Education Preferred:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification from International Institute of Business Analytics (IIBA).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Strategic Leader Certification or higher.
- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
