RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Aurora, CO that is looking for a Project Manager who will work alongside a Program Manager to create, maintain, and execute the project plan. This role can work remote, however candidates must reside in the Denver area.

Responsibilities:
* Manage project documents, timelines, and deliverables
* Handle project communications, including details about deliverables, rollout information, and
essential updates
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Facilitate productive project meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes
* Work with the Program Manager, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create project
plans. Identify what needs to be delivered and set deadlines
* Create status reports and dashboards to share project update and information
* Evaluate the project's results and lessons learned. Suggest improvements for the project team
* Provide guidance to the team on project management best practices
* Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business
* PMP, PSPO, or relevant experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
