  • We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager SAP & Enterprise Integration to lead a transformative Human Resources technology initiative. This role will oversee the decommissioning of a legacy database, the migration of critical data to SAP (S/4HANA or ECC), and the integration of SAP with internal applications via APIs and middleware.
    Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration using appropriate SAP tools and methodologies Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and SAP functional experts Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership Analyze and prioritize business requirements to align with technical solutions
    In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP system architecture and core SAP platforms, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead cross-functional teams Ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage schedules effectively Experience in business process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering
