Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Project Manager to join their team.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role requires someone with advanced technical and organizational capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience required
* 4-7+ years of IT PMO experience (ideally, 12+ years of experience)
* Proven ability to manage complex projects through all phases of the product development lifecycle
* Strong technical skills in process improvement, data analysis, and advanced resource allocation
* Experience coordinating workflows across cross-functional teams while balancing competing priorities
* Exceptional communication abilities, including written, verbal, presentation, and meeting facilitation
* Skilled in negotiating resources, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and delivering accurate project plans and milestones
* Adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to evolving business needs
* Demonstrated success in partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver shared results
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and change management skills
* Advanced problem-solving capabilities and a strategic approach to troubleshooting and decision-making
* Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
