RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Ohio.

Responsibilities:
* Leading post-sale support and driving deep strategic relationships for assigned key customers of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level
* Working in a collaborative and a cohesive manner with key business units, the CAM works across functions to lead solutions for customer problems, provides installed base performance data and analysis, proactive information including advisories and pre-alerts
* Analyzes failure rates and trends to identify opportunities to improve the health of devices in customer environments
* Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross functional technical escalations
* Acts as single point of contact to manage technical escalation investigation with Customer IT Department, ATS & 3rd Level Support, and 3rd party (if needed)
* Provides proactive support for customer product deployments, including post-sale product and tools training & continued technical education for products, tools, and solutions
* Retention and business growth by ensuring exceptional customer experiences and by proactively acting on indicators from the customer through direct feedback, customer assessment programs and through engagement with sales & support teams
* Revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or services
* Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
* Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees
* Multi country responsibility/a large country with multiple sub regions
* Working with regional/WW teams to represent the business on behalf of the geography covered

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Ability to utilize Project Management skills to drive resolution for complex or unique situations
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
