Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle contact center and cloud communication projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and team deliverables using Smartsheet
- Interface directly with executive clients and cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain BRDs, UAT plans, and Go-Live documentation
- Translate technical language for business audiences
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure project alignment
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction
- Support pre-sales activities including pricing estimates and resource planning
Key Skills:
- 3+ years in project or program management with client-facing experience
- Fluent in French and experienced with AMEA business environments
- Deep understanding of CCaaS/contact center systems (Genesys, NICE, etc.)
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic setting
- Skilled communicator with a strong executive presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Wrike; Salesforce familiarity a plus
- Experience managing budgets and resourcing in tech-heavy projects
