Key Responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of DevRel projects such as hackathons, Tech Days, and community activations
- Using Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira to manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-team workflows
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple time zones
- Managing budgets, resourcing, and risk for AI database campaigns
- Ensuring deliverables (e.g., GitHub repos, videos, demos) meet security and compliance standards
- Supporting externally facing events, including logistics, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting
- Measuring performance against growth targets and continuously improving delivery
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A number of years experience in project management, ideally within tech, DevRel, or AI-focused environments
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Experience working with global, distributed teams

The Role As the Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional DevRel initiatives designed to inspire, educate, and grow a global developer audience. From hackathons and Tech Days to hands-on demos and open-source resources, you’ll be the person ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and at scale. You’ll partner with developer advocates, engineers, marketers, and external collaborators to deliver impactful resources such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) demos, vector search tutorials, and other AI-focused learning assets—while keeping a close eye on risks, timelines, and growth metrics.
