Summary: The Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions will oversee the Due Diligence process within a small PMO team on a six-month contract. This remote role requires occasional travel to the North West and involves managing project plans, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of project milestones and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Due Diligence process for M&A projects.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of M&A activities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in M&A or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Due Diligence process in M&A.
