RESPONSIBILITIES
- Kforce has a client that is looking for a Project Manager for a remote contract opportunity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure project milestones are met and dependencies are managed
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment across all stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers, working with teams to resolve them
- Support quality assurance, change control, and documentation efforts
- Prepare and manage stakeholder communications, including demos and status reports
- Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operational teams' post-launch
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects
- Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; Able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with project planning tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Collaborative, customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and drive alignment in a matrixed environment
- Experience with native iOS/Android development projects is highly desirable
