Summary: The Project Manager will oversee vendor execution for a custom case management system project, ensuring adherence to contract scope, schedule, and quality standards. This role involves maintaining structured reporting and tracking while identifying performance risks and implementing corrective actions. The Project Manager will also facilitate data migration from a legacy system to MS Dynamics. The position requires availability for pre-kick off meetings prior to the project start in July 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify performance risks and drive corrective actions with the vendor.
- Coordinate between the vendor and Courts for the custom case management system project.
- Oversee data migration from an old Legacy system to MS Dynamics.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with direct vendor oversight.
- Experience with complex IT/software implementation projects.
- Availability to start by the last week of June 2026 for pre-kick off meetings.
- PMP and Agile certification preferred.
- Previous Dynamics experience preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

- Must have experience with complex IT/software implementation projects.
- Project kick off will occur the first week of July 2026, contractor must be available to start by the last week of June in the event there are pre-kick off meetings.
Preferred (Not required)
- PMP preferred. Agile certification preferred.
- Previous Dynamics experience preferred
