Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contingent) to lead strategic finance and technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly build partnerships across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors to drive projects from planning through successful deployment.

You will play a key role in delivering digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and support global business operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital finance transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and implementation partners.
• Drive initiatives involving SAP and related finance technologies.
• Facilitate project governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Ensure successful deployment, business readiness, and transition to ongoing support teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining focus on delivery objectives and business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering finance transformation, ERP, or digital process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Intercompany processes.
• Experience working in SAP environments; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or related solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred.
