  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical and strategic concepts clearly.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for developing effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cisco’s technology portfolio and the IT industry is highly desirable.
