Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Agile delivery, specifically within the hospitality, hotel, or cruise line industry. The role focuses on leading data-driven initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and BI initiatives (dashboards, reporting, data platforms).
  • Manage project execution using JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across hotel operations, guest experience, revenue management, and loyalty programs.
  • Translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
  • Drive sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality data delivery and adherence to governance standards.

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in Analytics / BI / Data initiatives.
  • Mandatory experience in hospitality, hotel, or cruise line industry (e.g., guest services, booking systems, revenue management).
