Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - ADM (Agile Delivery Management) to lead and coordinate Agile project delivery within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will facilitate Agile practices, ensure effective stakeholder engagement, and provide a transparent framework that enables delivery teams to achieve project objectives.

This is a fully remote contract role based in the UK and requires UK Citizenship.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager in an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage both active and reactive communications effectively.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to create visibility of project progress through Agile metrics and reporting.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
