Summary: The Project Manager role involves leading the delivery and continuous improvement of complex digital screening services for a managed service provider. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the end-to-end digital service.
- Work with the Lead Product Manager to maintain an integrated product, delivery, and programme roadmap.
- Lead governance and decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with policy, assurance, and commercial requirements.
- Drive prioritisation across competing demands to maximise value and outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-programme impacts.
- Ensure effective business change, stakeholder engagement, and successful transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
Key Skills:
- 10+ years' experience delivering and leading complex digital services, including 5+ years in a senior service ownership or leadership role.
- Strong experience working across multidisciplinary teams including product, delivery, clinical, and policy functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience operating within regulated environments and governance frameworks.
- Strong strategic planning, prioritisation, and risk management capabilities.
- Knowledge of agile delivery, user-centred design, and digital service development.
- Experience managing suppliers and commercial delivery models.
