Summary: The Project Manager in the Subscriptions Delivery team is tasked with leading complex, cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing premium subscription growth for the client. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and delivery execution, necessitating strong stakeholder influence and system-level thinking across various teams. A significant focus is placed on leveraging AI for improved planning and execution workflows. The position is contract-based and fully remote, requiring candidates to be based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of subscription-related strategic initiatives
  • Translate high-level strategy into structured plans, milestones, and execution paths
  • Balance speed vs. stability in a large, global product ecosystem
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Insights, and GTM teams around shared outcomes
  • Drive dependency management, risk mitigation, and prioritisation
  • Ensure clarity on ownership, decision-making, and accountability
  • Apply Agile delivery practices at program level (not just team level)
  • Track progress, surface blockers early, and adapt plans in fast-changing conditions
  • Ensure delivery is outcome-focused, not output-focused
  • Provide high-quality execution insights to senior stakeholders
  • Improve reporting, planning, and decision-making quality
  • Reduce manual overhead through smarter tooling and workflows
  • Leverage AI tools to improve planning accuracy, automate reporting and coordination, generate better delivery insights, and help teams focus on high-value work, not administration

The Project Manager in the Subscriptions Delivery team is responsible for driving execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that support our client's premium subscription growth (acquisition, retention, monetisation). The role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, ensuring high-impact initiatives move from concept to launch with clarity, pace, and accountability. This is not a delivery-only role - it requires strong judgment, stakeholder influence, and system-level thinking, particularly across Product, Engineering, Design, and commercial teams. There is an increasing focus on AI-enabled planning, execution, and insight workflows.

Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of subscription-related strategic initiatives
  • Translate high-level strategy into structured plans, milestones, and execution paths
  • Balance speed vs. stability in a large, global product ecosystem

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Insights, and GTM teams around shared outcomes
