Overview A leading international media organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the discovery and business case phase of a major transformation programme across its TV listings operations. The group publishes high-volume, low-cost TV guides across multiple countries. Producing accurate listings requires coordination across hundreds of broadcasters, thousands of channels and significant inbound data feeds, currently supported by teams distributed across regions. The organisation is now looking to modernise and streamline how listings data is collected, validated and prepared for publication, leveraging automation and AI capabilities already available internally. This initial engagement will focus on understanding the current (“as-is”) landscape, defining the target operating model (“to-be”), and presenting a compelling, executable business case. Success in this phase is expected to lead to a long-term transformation programme.
