Summary: The role of Project Manager at Pluro involves managing client relationships and project delivery for a fast-growing Shopify agency. This position requires a hybrid skill set of project management and account management, focusing on the full lifecycle of client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial instinct and experience in e-commerce, working closely with high-growth brands. This is a fully remote contract position aimed at UK residents only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning day-to-day client relationships across multiple Shopify projects
- Leading discovery, scoping and pre-sales conversations
- Managing delivery with internal and partner development teams
- Acting as the commercial owner of your portfolio, spotting upsell, expansion and retention opportunities
- Being the main point of contact from first call through to post-launch support
Key Skills:
- 2+ years in a client-facing role at a digital, e-commerce or web agency
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects in parallel
- Strong commercial instinct – comfortable discussing scope, pricing and growth opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Genuinely interested in e-commerce, brands and how online businesses scale

We’re hiring: Project Manager (Contract, UK) Join Pluro – a fast-growing Shopify agency working with ambitious, high-growth brands. Pluro is a UK-based Shopify agency specialising in building and scaling premium e-commerce brands. We work with high-growth, founder-led businesses across fashion, lifestyle, health and beauty, delivering complex Shopify and Shopify Plus solutions. As we scale, we’re looking for a strong Project Manager / Account Manager hybrid to take ownership of client relationships and delivery. This is not a traditional ticket-pushing PM role. You’ll sit at the heart of our client work: managing projects, owning key accounts, and helping grow the commercial value of each relationship.
