Project Manager Job Description Summary

Our client is a large supplier to the Financial Service industry and produces systems and products that help with Invoice Automation. The client produces it's own products and requires an experienced Project Manager to help with the implementation across one or more clients. The Project Manager will define, scope and manage one or more projects for a client and will work with senior project and other management to ensure technical objectives are achieved. Projects include the entire lifecycle from requirements through to deployment and implementation and involve extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development and other members of cross-functional teams. You will require core competencies such as Project Delivery, Financial Management, Risk Management, and Estimating and Planning. Expected expertise in each of these areas will vary based on job level.

About the role

You will work alongside a Professional Service team, leading the implementation of e-invoicing solutions for large, multi-national companies. You will be responsible for driving both internal and external project teams, from project initiation through to completion. You will be working with one large client in Gothenburg and must be happy to travel there regularly.

The successful applicant MUST HAV E have experience in implementation of Finance Software products and SaaS tools in global clients. Experience working with global customers and managing projects across multiple time zones. E-invoicing or ERP implementation experience Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. You will be remote, however must expect regular (weekly) visits to either London or Gothenburg.
