Summary: The Project Manager role focuses on leading complex ERP finance transformation programmes within a global assurance and risk management organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex ERP finance transformation programmes from initiation through to delivery
- Drive ERP integration across SAP (S/4HANA / ByD) and related finance systems
- Own programme governance, planning, risks, budget and delivery outcomes
- Manage multi-vendor, globally distributed teams
- Partner with Finance, IT and Change teams to ensure successful adoption
- Deliver standardised financial processes, controls and reporting across the group
Key Skills:
- Proven delivery of large-scale ERP / finance transformation programmes
- Strong SAP programme delivery experience (global rollouts preferred)
- Experience working in complex, multinational environments
- Ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders
- Strong programme governance and delivery discipline
- Comfortable working across global time zones and offshore teams

I'm supporting a global assurance and risk management organisation that delivers certification, inspection, training and cybersecurity services across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, food & beverage and transportation. Following significant growth and multiple acquisitions, the business is investing heavily in finance transformation and the integration of acquired entities onto a single global ERP platform.
The Role
