Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end content campaigns and product adoption programs
  • Collaborate closely with product teams and regional or central operations teams to identify program opportunities and coordinate resources for smooth execution.
  • Establish clear measurement plans and set shared objectives in alignment with creator engagement and product strategies.
  • Monitor program performance by tracking key performance indicators, evaluating outcomes, and iterating to improve future campaigns. Share regular updates and actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creator-facing teams, developing outreach strategies and supporting community-building initiatives, including webinars and creator groups.
  • Promote discovery of programs through in-app channels such as push notifications, in-app websites, and email campaigns.
  • Adapt and localise global content and programs to fit regional market requirements, including customization and translation of assets.

Key Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the creator economy and experience working with creators.
  • Experience with creator-related products, including knowledge of the creator journey and tools across platforms.
  • For mid-level roles: 2+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or product development.
  • For senior roles: 5+ years of relevant experience in similar areas.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative team player.

Role Overview
