We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our clients' team in Scotland for an initial 12 month contract. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design of large-scale offshore O&G packages and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Client office is Glasgow based, applicants are invited for candidates who are open to being office or home based.

 

Role Overview

• Lead project team and oversee project controls to ensure successful delivery of packaged solutions for the Oil & Gas industry.
  
• Monitor, review, and approve project documentation and manage key project completion documents.
  
• Oversee project deliverables throughout all project phases and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
  
• Maintain strong stakeholder relations and promote company values, objectives, and procedures.
  
• Regularly report on project controls to management and mentor and guide project team members.
  
• Prioritize HSE/Q in all aspects of the business and ensure compliance with engineering processes.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Typically engineering degree with expertise in managing projects.
  
• Certifications in project management or relevant field preferred.
  
• Solid experience as a Project Manager with a background in Project/Package Engineering within oil & gas/energy industry.
  
• Strong leadership capabilities.
  
• Familiarity with project methodologies.
