- Act as a BA where needed - gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting organisational change.
- Provide structure, governance, and clear reporting across all streams.
Key Skills:
- Broad background spanning BA, PM, and PMO responsibilities - being fluid is key.
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders up to MD level.
- Experience within housing, real estate, property, or construction is essential.
- Able to bring clarity, structure, and strong communication across complex programmes.
