Summary: The Project Manager role at Bigspark involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects in alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of technical initiatives, including project scoping, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations, providing clear communication on progress and risks.
- Work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure technical feasibility, adherence to best practices, and on-time delivery.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage project issues and drive them to resolution with a proactive approach.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage backlogs to ensure iterative progress on project deliverables.
- Ensure quality standards are met by coordinating testing phases, managing feedback loops, and overseeing final acceptance of project deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and performance reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical or software development projects.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Azure Cloud technologies, and modern development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
