Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile National NHS Programme, ensuring all milestones are met for a March 2027 hard-stop deadline.
- Manage and align four major workstreams: Data Platform migration, Information Governance (IG), Supplier Management, and Analytics/Reporting.
- Drive rigorous programme governance, including RAID logs, assurance frameworks, and executive-level reporting for board stakeholders.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial planning and budget control through to live service transition and BAU handoff.
- Unblock technical delivery teams and maintain pace in a complex, multi-supplier digital environment.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital or data transformation programmes specifically within the NHS or wider Public Sector.
- Deep experience with enterprise system implementations, national data platforms, or clinical reporting systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Board and Clinical Lead levels.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or APM, with a focus on benefits realisation.
