Project Manager

Summary: The role of SC Cleared Project Manager focuses on supporting change management activities and enhancing a new resource management tool within an established IT team. The successful candidates will manage change and resource management frameworks while overseeing a smaller, yet-to-be-defined project. This position requires strong resource management skills and the ability to implement effective delivery plans. Occasional travel to South Wales is expected, although the role is primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support change management activities and enhance resource management tools.
• Work collaboratively with other Project Managers, technical experts, Change Coordinators, and Customer Engagement specialists.
• Manage a smaller project alongside enhancing change management frameworks.
• Implement and build delivery plans for new systems.
• Provide guidance on creating a more visible workforce.

Key Skills:

• Experience in business/resource change management.
• Strong project management skills with a background in introducing change and resource management tools.
• Ability to implement and broaden the scope of new systems.
• Technical background in server delivery is a plus.
• Experience with cloud migration of resource management tools is advantageous.
