Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IS initiatives, ensuring projects achieve promised outcomes and contribute to transformation goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, senior leadership, and third-party suppliers
- Establish control and visibility of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Proactively manage risks, implementing suitable mitigation plans, and reporting/escalating issues as needed
- Ensure financial performance and adherence to program budgets, with regular reviews of project actuals and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
- Assure the content and quality of project documentation, including Basis of Estimates, RAID logs, PIDs, and strategic roadmaps
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in Programme Management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional, high-impact projects
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, particularly in the delivery of business critical or transformative projects within an IS environment
- Experience managing the full program lifecycle, including proposal development, mobilisation, delivery, service transition/support, and closeout
- Adept in schedule, risk, and financial management, with a strong focus on strategic alignment and delivery
- Continuous Improvement mindset and ability to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sub-Contractors and lead them to deliver for the customer
