Project Manager

Summary: The role of SC Cleared Project Manager focuses on supporting change management activities and enhancing a new resource management tool within an established IT team. The successful candidates will collaborate with other project managers and technical experts to improve the change management framework and manage a smaller, yet-to-be-defined project. This position offers the opportunity to create a more visible workforce structure from the ground up. Candidates should possess strong resource management skills and experience in implementing change management tools.

• Support change management activities and enhance resource management tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and change coordinators.
• Manage a smaller project alongside enhancing change management frameworks.
• Implement and build delivery plans for new systems.

• Experience in business/resource change management.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on change and resource management tools.
• Ability to implement and broaden the scope of new systems.
• Technical background in server delivery is a plus.
• Experience with cloud migration of resource management tools is a plus.
