Summary: The role of Project Manager involves managing the onboarding and integration of new IT/SaaS solutions into existing business systems for a plc client. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience in systems implementation, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget using MS Project. The role is fully remote with occasional travel for workshops and meetings. This contract is for six months with the possibility of extension through 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project and stakeholders effectively.
  • Write and present business cases to C-Level executives.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team including Solution Architect and Business Analysts.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize MS Project for planning and tracking project progress.

Key Skills:

  • Good MS Project skills (forward and backward planning).
  • Track record of managing projects on time and on budget.
  • Experience in IT systems implementation of large-scale systems.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across various levels, including C-Suite.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at board level.
  • Capability to write and present business cases.

Salary (Rate): £500 per day

We are looking for a contract Project Manager with experience of onboarding and integrating new IT/SaaS solutions into existing business systems for our plc client.
We are seeking a Project Manager who combines really strong stakeholder management skills, experience of systems implementation and a track record of managing projects to time and budget using MS Project.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team including Solution Architect and Business Analysts, the Project Manager will manage the project, manage the stakeholders, write and present business case.

Skills and Experienced required:

  • Good MS Project skills are essential (forward and backward planning)
  • Track Record of Managing Projects on time and on budget
  • IT Systems Implementation experience of large scale systems across a business
  • Proven Stakeholder management skills with a variety of stakeholders for C-Suite down
  • Experience of Waterfall and Agile would be desirable as the business transitions its methodology to Agile.
  • Can communicate at board level
  • Ability to wite business case and present to C Level
