Summary: We have a 1-year contract opportunity for a Project Manager focused on supporting GHX implementation projects. This fully remote position requires coordination of integration efforts with Lawson and Workday, testing support, and communication across various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise implementation projects and a strong understanding of supply chain systems. The role emphasizes hands-on project management rather than general oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client's GHX implementation, focusing on purchased GHX modules including Data Connect, CCX, and Bill Only.
- Coordinate implementation activities, integration efforts with Lawson and Workday, and testing support.
- Track issues, manage project documentation, and facilitate cross-functional communication across supply chain, ERP, technical, and business teams.
- Drive implementation work forward with limited direction.
Key Skills:
- Project management experience supporting enterprise implementation projects.
- Experience with GHX implementation or GHX module support.
- Experience with ERP implementation, including Lawson and Workday integration efforts.
- Experience coordinating testing activities, project timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.
- Experience with supply chain systems, master data, or healthcare supply chain workflows.
- Ability to support Data Connect, CCX, and Bill Only implementation activities.
- Ability to work hands-on with cross-functional technical, operational, and business teams.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to drive implementation work forward with limited direction.
- Healthcare system or health plan project experience (preferred).
- Experience with GHX Data Connect, CCX, or Bill Only modules (preferred).
- Experience supporting integration between supply chain platforms and ERP systems (preferred).
- Experience with Lawson, Workday SCM, or related supply chain ERP workflows (preferred).
- Proficiency in project coordination, testing support, and implementation documentation (preferred).
