We're seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our client's team and help shape the future of banking. In this role, you'll lead project and program teams, overseeing all aspects of the project management life cycle to ensure successful delivery for our stakeholders and customers.
Key Skills
- Mobilise and manage projects and change initiatives using formal methodologies.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans for clear communication.
- Collaborate with project sponsors to define scope, business cases, and financials.
- Maintain a disciplined change control process to ensure formal agreement on changes.
- Manage projects against established plans, adjusting schedules and budgets as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and standard procedures.
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to design innovative solutions and set priorities.
- Establish resource requirements and optimize the mix of internal and external resources.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while aligning with strategic goals.
- Make critical decisions to navigate complex challenges throughout the project life-cycle.
- Lead diverse teams across multiple locations and engage effectively with external service providers.
- Proven experience in project management, delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of the financial sector with the ability to communicate technical challenges in business terms.
- Collaborative mindset and positive approach to teamwork.
- Experience with both rapid deployment and traditional release methods.
- Experience in regulated environments and financial data landscapes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management standards.
- Experience in Fraud and Financial Crime projects (Fraud losses/Managing Fraud)
