Summary: The Project Manager for Finance Systems Transformation will lead a critical programme focused on implementing a new finance system, including a complex data migration workstream. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while minimizing disruption to business operations. The position requires strong stakeholder management and governance throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finance system transformations and data migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of a new finance system (e.g. ERP / GL / AP / AR / reporting tools)
- Own the project plan, risk log, and stakeholder engagement strategy
- Oversee data migration, including mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and testing
- Manage external vendors and internal technical teams
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and documentation at every stage
- Support change management and training across Finance and related teams
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering finance / ERP system transformations
- Hands-on data migration project experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with Finance, IT and external partners
- Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication abilities
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact Finance Systems Transformation programme, including a complex data migration workstream. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the project, from planning and stakeholder alignment through to execution, testing and go-live, ensuring our client’s new finance systems are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
