Summary: The role of Project Manager - Facilities and Coordination involves overseeing and executing cross-regional portfolio initiatives across multiple sites. The candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives while coordinating efforts among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a central PMO resource to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects across various sites within a regional portfolio
- Drive execution of initiatives such as site consolidations, retrofits, and operational optimization projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure all projects adhere to standardized project management methodologies and governance practices
- Maintain visibility across the entire portfolio, identifying interdependencies and potential risks
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information and enable project progress
- Identify key stakeholders required for each initiative and facilitate effective communication and alignment
- Serve as the point of coordination between strategy and execution teams
- Support initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and reducing operating costs across sites
- Analyze existing processes (e.g., maintenance operations) and help define project plans for optimization
- Contribute to the development of scalable, standardized approaches across locations
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to support project delivery
- Integrate vendor timelines and deliverables into overall project plans
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners
