Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of a multi-system integration program, including P21 ERP, eCommerce, and PIM.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and user needs.
  • Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and ensure program transparency.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Prophet 21 ERP projects.
  • Proven success managing ERP and eCommerce/PIM integration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of distribution, inventory, and order management processes.

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
