Role summary
Manages the full engagement lifecycle, coordinates with OCIG, oversees deliverables, and ensures compliance with RFQ requirements, timelines, and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule, staffing, deliverables, risks, and quality.
- Coordinate activities with OCIG, agency OIGs, and other state stakeholders.
- Manage the seven RFQ deliverables and associated deadlines.
- Provide monthly progress reporting and oversee documentation.
- Coordinate training, SME support, audit-planning activities, and deliverable acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and independence requirements.
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years supporting government audit, compliance, cybersecurity, or similar engagements.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary cybersecurity/audit teams.
- Experience communicating with senior government and C-suite stakeholders.
- PMP preferred/relevant certification.
- Government/OIG engagement experience strongly preferred.
Mandatory Certifications
- CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent (RFQ requires >50% of staff certified)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent preferred.
