Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of the Electric Service Application Platform (ESAP) for a utility client in Seattle, focusing on managing large IT projects related to electric service requests and distributed energy resource interconnections. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full project lifecycle: charter, plan, execution, cutover, and closeout.
  • Decompose the implementation into discrete use cases and workstreams (e.g., new service requests, DER interconnection intake, workflow automation, system integrations) and manage each to completion.
  • Drive scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans keeping them current and honest.
  • Lead cutover planning, data migration, and operational transition to steady state.

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of our Electric Service Application Platform (ESAP) - a modern customer-facing intake and workflow system (e.g., Accela, PowerClerk, GridUnity) supporting electric service requests and distributed energy resource (DER) interconnections.
