Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the Electronic Invoice Project (EIP) and manage related projects in Finance, Accounting, and Procurement. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the EIP project and related financial systems initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners to ensure requirements are captured and delivered against the project charter and scope.
- Manage project budgets, track capex/opex allocations, and support teammates with expense reporting guidance.
- Work with internal teams to onboard and manage resources, including potential reporting structure adjustments.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within financial/procurement systems or ERP implementations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, procurement processes, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Coupa, Tungsten (formerly Kofax).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively.
- Product experience a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
