Project Manager – EDI & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Project Management leading large-scale ERP and business system implementations.
• Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and trading partner onboarding methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) and ERP lifecycle coordination.
• Experience in managing supply chain integrations within manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments.
• Experience with EDI transaction sets including 850, 856, and 810 using ANSI X12 or EDIFACT standards.
• Experience with third-party EDI managed service providers and coordinating external vendor deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering status updates to executive steering committees.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of EDI solutions integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Orchestrate the technical onboarding of new trading partners and the validation of complex EDI mapping configurations.
• Manage detailed project schedules, resource allocations, and budgets for multiple concurrent ERP modernization workstreams.
• Direct technical testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities for supply chain integration and business process automation.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and third-party implementation partners to align ERP capabilities.
• Design risk mitigation strategies and technical change control processes to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.
• Produce comprehensive technical project documentation including RAID logs, functional requirements, and executive status reports.
