Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex IT projects (software, infrastructure, vendor-based).

• Maintain detailed project plans and track milestones and dependencies.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of project/program management experience (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred in tech or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, Planview, or Leankit.
• Strong business acumen; P&C insurance knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Data & Analytics is a plus.
