Summary: The Project/Program Manager role involves leading the planning and execution of Search platform initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration across engineering and operations teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Leads planning, coordination, and execution of Search platform initiatives, including upgrades and migrations.
- Oversees cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform stability.
- Communicates project status and technical updates to stakeholders through structured reporting and meetings.
- Drives issue resolution and supports documentation and planning for future enhancements.
- Facilitates meetings and engages stakeholders effectively.
- Manages enterprise search upgrades and operational readiness.
- Mitigates risks and contributes to strategic planning and documentation.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of PM experience.
- Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science or computer engineering.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Scrum Master certification and experience (desired).
- Familiarity with search technologies such as Lucidworks and Solr (desired).
- Knowledge of data protection, access control, and audit readiness (desired).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Effective relationship management with challenging partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and influence capabilities.
