Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads planning, coordination, and execution of Search platform initiatives, including upgrades and migrations.
  • Oversees cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform stability.
  • Communicates project status and technical updates to stakeholders through structured reporting and meetings.
  • Drives issue resolution and supports documentation and planning for future enhancements.
  • Facilitates meetings and engages stakeholders effectively.
  • Manages enterprise search upgrades and operational readiness.
  • Mitigates risks and contributes to strategic planning and documentation.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of PM experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science or computer engineering.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum.
  • Scrum Master certification and experience (desired).
  • Familiarity with search technologies such as Lucidworks and Solr (desired).
  • Knowledge of data protection, access control, and audit readiness (desired).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Project / Program Manager

Location : Remote (Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX or Westminster CO offices)

Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr W2

Duration: 12 months contract followed by Fulltime Hire

Note: Full remote however this role has potential to go direct, with that said, the worker need to be already be in one of the hubs ( listed above).
