Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily pipeline of 60+ web pages and digital assets, ensuring all requests are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.
- Oversee project transitions, handoffs, and deadlines for multiple parallel workstreams.
- Coordinate straightforward but high-throughput content updates including talent pages and website asset refreshes.
- Proactively manage evolving timelines, shifting priorities, and escalations.
- Establish, document, and refine operational workflows and tracking processes.
- Act as the central point of contact for production, creative, and cross-functional partners.
- Track revisions, approvals, and content statuses using Airtable and other tools.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership.
- Adjust plans quickly in response to operational hurdles or stakeholder feedback.
- Propose and implement scalable solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in content production, digital project management, or marketing operations-preferably in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Proven success managing large volumes of deliverables in fast-paced settings.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Airtable and other project/content management software (Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, CMS platforms).
